Maximum abstract length: 350 words (excluding title and author details). Authors must structure their body under four mandatory headings:

Author Credentials & Format

Include presenting author's full name, clinical institution, country, and contact email. Specify preferred presentation format:

  • Oral Presentation (plenary symposium)
  • Poster Presentation (moderated foyer session)

Ethics & De-Identification

Patient confidentiality and ethical compliance must be maintained:

  • Include ethics committee approval and patient consent info where applicable
